TagVault.org Bylaws

As a non-profit organization and a member program of IEEE-ISTO, the TagVault.org board of directors has approved a set of bylaws that must be followed.  These bylaws are structured to ensure that the organization is run in a transparent fashion without any special interests having the ability to have undue influence.

The bylaws provide the details on how the organization is run, from how many board seats are avaialble to how the board positions are filled, to the structure of the available memberships.
